This is my attempt at VoiceThread. I uploaded the PowerPoint I made for the Special School Middle School learners - (See "Using PowerPoint in Education" on this blog).
I used the VoiceThread to reinforce the text. Stansbury, M., in eSchool News (2008), writes "according to a new report commissioned by Cisco Systems, adding visuals to verbal... instruction can result in significant gains in basic or higher-order learning. ...Students using a well-designed combination of visuals and text learn more than students who use only text". This is why I put visuals, verbal, and text together.
